Roller Brake Tester

Roller Brake tester to measure vehicle's braking performance.

BKR series roller brake tester is an up-to-date one to measure vehicle’s braking performance. During testing, the slip rate between wheel and roller is monitored to determine the maximum brake force automatically. The tester’s driving motor would be shut down automatically either when testing finished or vehicle tested running out of the tester in order to protect tires very well.

Ceramic roller surface makes the friction factor more than 0.6 either being wet/dry to avoid the tire damage.

All frames made with high-quality steel and galvanized or painting sprayed.

BKR can test either 2WD or 4WD vehicles with additional sub-assembly. Control Racks4000 Logic Control Rack (LCR)
